Cartoixa de Montsalvat is a family-run winery located in La Vilella Alta, in the heart of Priorat (Tarragona). Our project stems from a passion for the land, a respect for tradition, and a desire to craft wines that convey authenticity.
We work with limited production, carefully attending to every detail from vineyard to bottle, to offer wines with their own identity, elegant and true to their origin. Each vintage is an expression of the terroir, shaped by the climate, the soil, and the constant dedication of our team.

Our schedule is mainly focused on weekends, although we also offer tours by prior reservation on other days.

A wonderful experience. Excellent wines in a dreamlike setting. They are incredibly friendly, and we had a marvelous day, both for the tasting experience and for the peaceful village setting with its excellent trails and views.
